A bundle of assorted grass fed, grass finished beef to approximate one eighth of one beef from our partner farm Heritage Trail.

This beef will be available for pick up on/after September 20th. Disregard dates on automated emails; we'll be in touch.

Interested in bulk beef value and convenience, without buying half a cow or dealing with cut sheets?  The eighth beef bundle is for you!

Each 1/8th beef bundle contains 35 pounds of grass fed beef, consisting of approximately the following, to equal 35+ lbs:

(6-8) Premium Steaks which might include Bone-in Ribeye, Delmonico, NY Strip, Filet, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin (usually two steaks per pack) as well as Flank, Skirt, Round, etc.
(3-4) Roasts which might include Chuck, English, Eye of Round, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Brisket, Cheek, etc.
(3-4) lbs of Stew Beef, Stir Fry meat, Chip Steak, Hot Dogs and/or Burger Patties 
(15-18) lbs Ground Beef
(1) pack of Bone-In Short Ribs and/or Cross Cut Shanks
